By taking some time as a family or group of friends to come to an agreement on your criteria for a rental place, you can avoid any disappointment on your arrival.

A large fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, stunning views, a spa in the chalet, proximity to the ski lifts – all these details matter and will help your consultant choose the most suitable property for the perfect vacation.

LOCATION OF YOUR RENTAL
The proximity to the ski lifts, shops, boutiques and supermarkets should be taken into account in your choice of rental. Remember to inquire about the location of your accommodation.

PARKING SPACE
If you are driving, all our rentals have one or more private parking lots. Depending on the accommodation, you will have covered parking, which is a plus during heavy snow as you will not have to clear snow off your car.

GETTING AROUND
Verbier is a resort that favours sustainable forms of transport and tranquility for pedestrians. It offers a free bus service that serves the entire resort. You can thus forget about your car during your holiday and be the first on the slopes in the morning or join your friends for the après-ski without any hassle. You may wish to ask about where the closest bus stop to your rental is.

Once there, if you decide to take your car, many car parks in the centre of Verbier are free the 1st hour. It is useful to know that cars cannot be parked at the departure points of the Medran and Rouge ski lifts.

STORAGE
Having a ski and shoe storage room will allow you to put all your equipment away at the end of your day of skiing without cluttering your place. All our accommodations have this very useful space.

STAY CONNECTED
All our apartments have Wifi and a TV with more than 120 French and foreign channels in digital quality.

While some people will choose to turn off their smartphones completely during their holidays and enjoy a movie night or a good book, others might appreciate being able to share their best moments in Verbier on social media or have access to their emails. PRICES
The prices are determined by different criteria such as the number of rooms, size, services and location of the apartment in the resort.

All our prices include:

  • the final cleaning
  • tourism tax
  • heating
  • electricity
  • value added tax

Not included and to be deducted from your security deposit at the end of the rental:

  • laundry
  • telephone charges
  • charges for any damage
  • incidentals

SECURITY DEPOSIT
In order to cover the cost of laundry at the end of the rental period and any other charges as listed above, you will be required to place a security deposit corresponding to the size and type of rented property.

YOUR CHOICE OF RENTAL ACCOMMODATION HAS BEEN MADE: THE TERMS OF CONTRACT

CONTRACT
You finally have all the necessary information and you really like this particular apartment in the center of Verbier with its breathtaking view of the Combins massif. You now need to firm up your plans. Once you have confirmed your booking, we will send you a standard contract by mail for the chosen rental accommodation and the desired period of stay. If you have specific requests such as to bring a pet along, we will adapt your contract accordingly.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We will send you a form along with the contract, on which you may indicate any specific needs and requests. The most common requests are the preparation of beds, the rental of baby equipment to be delivered before your arrival, the delivery of wood for the chimney or additional cleaning during your stay. For any other specific request, the Besson Immobilier team is at your disposal and will try to fulfil them to the best of our ability.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION
The lessee is responsible for purchasing his own insurance against cancellations. If the lessee does not use the leased premises for whatever reason, he is nevertheless bound to pay the full rental price for the period agreed upon in this contract. The lessee cannot claim an abatement, unless the agency can find a replacement. In this case, the agency shall be entitled to the costs occasioned by the search for the new lessee.

The safest option is therefore to purchase cancellation insurance (Allianz Global Assistance): the premium corresponds to 4% of the rental amount.
