A via cordata inaugurated in summer 2016 on the side of Mont Fort is an itinerary combining hiking, rock-climbing and mountaineering for enjoying the best views of Europe, experiencing thrills and becoming familiar with the Alpine terrain, wildlife and flora. Cycling in all its forms

Verbier is beginning to be a popular destination for mountain biking because its offer has diversified considerably in recent years. You can practice downhill mountain biking on seven downhill slopes of varying difficulty located between Fontanets (2,475 m) and Medran (1,500m). The tracks are varied and each of them has a unique landscape. For fans of enduro and freeride, 23 routes of varying difficulty (easy-intermediate-difficult) go around the Val de Bagnes on trails already known for their outstanding scenery and fun aspects. They connect ski lifts, bus stops, restaurants and the most beautiful views of the valley. For those who prefer cross country, 500 km of XC trails await you in the valley. And if the effort of the climb puts you off, you can transport your bike using the ski lifts.

Golf

The Verbier Golf Course has always kept an excellent reputation for its courses and its picturesque views of the Alps. You can even start on the 18-hole Moulins golf course (par 54). The 18-hole (par 69) Esserts golf course is for the more experienced, distinguished by its requirement tactically: enough to challenge the most skilled players!

Organized activities

Other activities such as mountaineering, rock climbing, and cannoning are more demanding because they require more commitment and technical knowledge. They are practiced in the wildest and most rugged terrain, and require accompaniment by mountain guides.

It is an area still too little known by paragliders, but worth the detour. The Bagnes Valley is an ideal terrain for an introductory flight, learning paragliding or enjoy going cross-country for the more experienced because it is protected from the wind and allows you to fly all day.
